Newly set focus

I've settled the differences with my Area Manager. Now, my focus is to start my worksheet studies. It's something I've not done for a long time. It's not a good sign, but it's never too late to start.

Have I done enough?

I've been too busy focusing communication at the centre. In march, I've done a lot of report writing. Every students now have a report card. This year, I decided to make use of the Communication Diary and reach out to parents. 

So far, I've got a lot of feedback. 

I have a new Area Manager.  I think this has become a yearly event in the company. Everytime we get a new area manager (AM) , a lot of new things will be pushed to us. My last AM helped me a lot with putting the centre to a higher standard, and as a result, I'm getting a Best Achievement Award (BAA) this April. 

My new AM is pushing me to renew my KQS (Quality Standard) as soon as possible. We were given 60 criteria to fulfill before we can be granted the Certification. I have fulfilled 59 out of 60. It's a torture to not get it, when you know you're being pressured to get it. 

Sometimes, I feel that it's an unnecessary burden!
