We've been quite busy at the centre lately. This morning, all the reports were submitted. For the first time in my career of 10 yrs, I hit 250!!!! in enrollment. It's not in numbers, but it keeps me on my toes on giving all the children my best!
For a start, we had a morning meeting on the first day of September. I gave all the staff a notebook for them to jot down the weekly's observation. I can't remember everything. I just wanted them to be more systematic.
I took in one more full timer, which makes it 6 now. It's a good time to expand and expanding is what we're looking into till end of the year.
