How instability kills a person's enthusiasm. At the moment, a lot of things are happening.
Kumon has gotten their rights to become a sendirian berhad company. They are expecting us to sign a new agreement and the agreement oppresses instructors to the brim. We feel all squashed, squished and squeezed.
About 150 instructors have formed an association, and we're trying to fight it as a team. How comforting that is comparing to what I had to deal with last year.
We're still waiting for the last date, which is September 12th. We've been asked to sign by that given date.
It is making me feel terrible inside. I feel it is now time to tell my staff I have had enough. I also want to slowly stop intake. And no intake for new English students with immediate effect.
